Download tree from GR as a gedcom, and edit it in a family tree programme (get a free one on line) - then upload the edited tree to GR. This gives you the added advantage of a backup for your tree

There does not appear to be any easy way to avoid adding these people multiple times to your GR tree. Other database programmes can deal with the mulitple relationships.

I too have this same (well, a similar) issue... Tracey never seemed to receive a response.

Any solutions?

Can anyone help. My 2nd cousin is married and his Wife's Aunt is married to an individual already in my family tree, how do I link/connect the two without inputing twice on the tree? I am able to work out 2nd and multiple marriages etc., but have the problem above. I still haven't been able to resolve inputing info on my Great Grandmother. She was married to my Great Grandad but when he died she had a relationship with his twin brother, having a daughter. She later married another man who, again was connected within the family already. (The brother of her sister-in-laws husband.) Confusing all these ancestors, they can't make it easy can they????
