Walter Savage was born in 1897 at Lambeth London, in the civil parish of Newington. I am trying to find if he Married, had children and date of his death. Can you help. Thanks Carol |

Date not quite right...but this is on Ancestry.... Name: Walter Savage Birth Date: 6 Apr 1896 Death Registration Month/Year: Nov 1987 Age at death (estimated): 91 Registration district: Southwark Inferred County: London Volume: 15 Page: 34 There are several Walters on the Commonwealth War Graves site too, although I couldn't see a good match. I think the information given is straight from the 1901 census 1901 Walter Savage Walter J,Jenny abt 1897 born Lambeth Civil Parish Newington So this could be the birth? Births Jun 1896 (>99%) Savage Walter Lambeth 1d 315 Maureen |
