That is where i'm now puzzled as it is quite clearly Emma on 1891 but clearly Alma on 1901, only solution i can think is enumerator mis-heard as Alma-Emma are simular. Thankyou all especially for poss names for children will arrange a visit to Rotherham to view burial records. (if any available) or order certs.

Would definately say it's Emma as the Daughter, Looks like it says 2 children of Lees girl & boy 15 hours?? surely this has to be a record as the youngest people on a census, lol Martin thanks reggie if it wasn't for your suggestion i would still be searching.

You wont believe my look!!! was trying to copy the transcript and noticed 2 sets of digits after the names (the transcript is a scanned copy not giving details of each column, but typed them into folio and page on ancestry census search, came up with 520 entries, picked the first one listing Rotherham and its that page with Benjamin on, here are the details so others can see as it looks hard to read Rg12/3851 page 17 162 Martin

Sadly not Reg, it was a full list of all Lee's on the 1891 in the Parkgate area, all listed alphabetically by forename so i had to sift through to match families together. Wil try to copy it onto here if poss??

I have a relly who is on a transcription of the 1891 census that has been emailed to me, however i have searched and searched for him but cannot actually find him on the 1891 census. He is Benjamin Lee b c1861, wife Eliza b c1862 daughter Alma b 1886 although on the transcribed doc she is listed as Emma. On the transcribed Doc 2 infant twins aged 1d are listed so would like to see doc to see further info. I know that they had a daughter Amelia 2nd Q of 1892 so it would appear that she fell pregnant shortly after giving birth, and as the twins don't appear on any other documents (census, birth reg) it would seem sadly they died. Any help or idea's finding Benjamin would be greatfully received. Kind regards Martin
