My Account Details - after entering password it usually comes up first with Personal Details. I changed Maureen to Gliiter and my current surname to Baby. Remember to save changes. Maureen

If I remember correctly, In your account where your name is you can do it there. If you fill out the first name and current surname it should show up as whatever you choose, I think . good luck Loz

In your details on the My Account page put in whatever you want for your first name and surname. For example Forename - Jane, Surname - from Kent. It will then come out as Jane from Kent. Hope that's clear.

Hi, can anyone help, my signing name is Maryann Kirk and I would like to change it. I have gone to My Account details but, can't seem to see where I can change it, it only allows me to change my password or e-mail address. Help please. Regards Mary
