Sue, It sounds as though the page isn't loading fully. Clear your internet files in your browser, and try again. Tools, Internet Options, General tab, then delete button in the middle of the page. If you have IE 7 you get a further page, just click on the top delete button, next to Temporary Internet Files.

Hello Peter. Thanks for your reply. When I click onto any search or messages received or to send one I only get the heading i.e.Hot Matches or whatever and a blank page. There is no error explaination or message. It's never made a difference before but I do have a Mac computer. SUE. P.S. Amazingly I can get into Buy Credits.

It is difficult to guess without seeing your PC. What actually happens when you click on one of the tabs such as Hotmatches? Do you get any messages or errors?

Am I the only one who cannot search anything since the new GR upgrade last week. All I can go into is the community boards. Can't even get into help desk. Missing any messages sent or received. Can't check name matches, hot matches or any other searches. Reported error twice, no response. Any ideas or tips???? Many thanks. SUE.
