	Really Kath - well that surprises me as OH's auntie lives at Newton le Willows, near Liverpool. If thats the case, then go for it :)

	Her husband is listed as being from Newton Le Willows, Yorkshire. There's one in Yorkshire too. Rose

	Only thing is - the 1901 has it in Yorkshire and Newton le Willows is in Lancs isnt it - near Liverpool? Actually where is it transcribed/shown as Crakecoal?

	Think I might have found it. Not far from Newton-le-Willows where Henry comes from is a place called Little Crakehall and another called Great Crakehall. Crakehall might have sounded like Crakecoal to the enumerator. I'd bet on that being the birthplace. Kath. x

	Well ancestry have transcribed it as Crafxhall, Yorkshire, 1901

	In the 1891 census the birthplace is given as Crakshill - but I still haven't heard of it and can't find it on the map. As it happens in 1891 they are living next door but one from a distant rellie of mine - small world. Kath. x
