Marriage found on Ancestry BMD

William Frazer- Mary Sculley 1889 Hexham 4th qtr Reference 10b 507

I've looked on the 1891 census and there are three possibles for William Frazer with a wife Mary. It appears that it is a second marriage for William as in each instance there are quite a few Frazer children with them. You will need to purchase the marriage cert in order to make sure you have the correct family.

Births Sep 1901 (>99%)
FRAZER Mary Hexham 10b 412

If this is the right birth than we will not find her on 1901 census.

Do you have her birth cert?

Maureen

Iam seeking any information on my grandmother Mary Frazer, all I know is that she was born in 1901 in Forsters Yard Hexham, she may have been raised in a children's home, or Hexham Workhouse, but I can not find any record of this. Granmother married James Lawlor Burnopfield Whickham in 1931, he was 30 years older than her on the marriage certi, I know that he had a family by a previous marriage name of first wife not known. James & gran had 6 children together. I can't find any record of Jame's death.

any help most welcome.
