And since most ordinary working class people rented houses in those days, the occupier probably wasn't the owner and therefore wouldn't be voting.

Women weren't allowd to vote in those days and I'm sure only men that were property owners could vote as well. So at best you will get the head of the household but not his wife/children.

Only the last couple of years are available online.

The main library for the area in which the address was situated will have the relevant ER.

However, the electoral franchise in 1910 was extremely limited........so there will be no females listed.......and probably only the owner of the property............

You could try contacting the appropriate library to see if they are prepared to carry out searches of this nature........some do; others do not.

I am totally clueless about this subject and wondered if it would be possible to find out who lived at a certain address in 1910 ?

If so how to i go about this please?
