And since most ordinary working class people rented houses in those days, the occupier probably wasn't the owner and therefore wouldn't be voting. |

Women weren't allowd to vote in those days and I'm sure only men that were property owners could vote as well. So at best you will get the head of the household but not his wife/children. |

I am totally clueless about this subject and wondered if it would be possible to find out who lived at a certain address in 1910 ? |
