I find putting all 'unknowns' on my hot matches, just because some of my tree are 'unknown' is very irritating. Does everyone get me, if they have an unknown name in their tree. Surely this could be better arranged.
Grumpy old lady, who does not like the new look either.

Hi Reg,
I quite like the new format now that I have got used to it.
The slightly longer description is helpful and the messages are easier to read too.
What do you think of the new "Hot Matches" format?
I find it a great improvement, at last!!
You can now compare the details of your relative with the details of the potential Hot Match at a glance.
Things are looking up!!

No chance..........when GR change things, that's it. The wishes of the paying members are of no interest to them.....the idea of the customer being right is completely foreign to them!

Hi Carol, I'm with you on this.

I want the old one back too, (stamps foot in temper tantrum) I can't seem to find anything, It took me a while to find the tips / records boards etc. I suppose like anything new it will take some time for us to get used to it. Lou

Sorry Carol - I doubt they will bring it back even though they said they were just "trying out" the new format, although I must admit I quite like it now I've got used to it.
