I have been trying to order a birth cert since this morning .
i put all the info in that GRO are asking for i click on submit
and it just keeps going back to the top of the same page it
just wont follow through , iv'e not had this trouble before , is anyone
else haveing the same problems

I've just given the site a try. I certainly got past the first page, so there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the site. I didn't complete and go to payment details (as I was only trying it for you) but the site seems to be working.

Exactly what details are you giving?

thank you but i have tried again , and iv'e been able to continue with it this time , i dont know what was wrong as i was doing everything right, i even got my daughter to try for me and she also couldn't go any further but i have done it now .

Maybe you werent holding your tongue right previously.
I had the same problem recently when I wanted to pay my internet provider by credit card (I usually send a cheque but left it too late this time). I finished up phoning them at 10pm.
Computers are bossy things but we have to tell them to behave.
