Will there be electoral rolls in the libraries for the 70's or 80's does anyone know if I take a trip to Nottingham library?

I wondered if anyone had an electoral role for the 1970s in Nottingham

I am trying to trace Nancy Elizabeth and Patrick J(ake?) Malone who lived in Nottingham and had a sone called Robert P Malone who was born in 1953, so he would have been 18 in the summer of 1971. He was lodging with a Mary and Sharon Carter around 1975 (although Sharon wasnt 18 untill 76) and then the whereabouts for the three Malone's, I dont know.

I have possible deaths for Nancy in Nottingham in 1999 and Patrick in 1986, also in Nottingham. But I don't know where Robert went to.

Please can anyone help?

I have found 2 Robert P Malones on the 2007 Electoral register off 192 but dont have access to know ther where abouts or if there are any other adults living there.

I would be very grateful if anyone could help.
