1851 census help needed please

The enumerator hasn't used the double slash, he's used double lines right across the page. The only people in the household are tha Barrats. Mother Ann, a waterman's wife and her chidren plus one other person, Mary Santer?, servant or visitor?

Thats what i thought, but there is no slash to show the end of the household before, which is the Wood household

Ann, You are quite correct: the head of the household is Ann Barratt, not Colvin. The other Barratts are Ann, Jane, Henry, James, George. There is also a Mary with a different surname but I am unable to make it out.

Can anyone make sense of the transcription of the census below
I think the head of the household is Ann Barratt not Colvin, also I would like to know who else in there
