	hi is there anyone out ther who has access to electrol rolls for 1939 for an address 3 wilfred road bolton lancashire. i have a william smith marrying in dec 1939 and he gives this address on his marriage cert. his fathers name is william smith and says he is a farmer. i would like to kow ho lived at 3 wilfred road bolton. i cant get any further with this as there are so many william smiths so i cant send for a birth cert . thanks linda

	Was he over 21? If not, he won't be on the ER Reg
