Thank you Christine,

I'm looking for 3 people any info would be greatly appretiatted.

Mary Ann White (1842)

mother Martha (c1814) and father William (c1808)

on the 1851 census it says her and her mother are born in Chard Somerset and her father in Chaffcombe Somerset.

I found this on the BMD index for her birth

Year of Registration: 1842
Quarter of Registration: Apr-May-Jun
District: Chard
County: Devon, Dorset, Somerset
Volume: 10
Page: 371 (click to see others on page)

So i was hoping somebody could look at Chard and see if they could find any acsendents (and maybe her mother martha's maiden name).

Also any info on her father William if you have access to chaffcombe records.

Does anybody know anywhere online where I could search these, or have access to them themselves so they could do a search for me?

Thanks in advance
