I've also done a quick check and the above Hilary Mary Dennis is the only Hilary Dennis showing up on the whole register for any year.

I would be inclined to order the cert if it were me, putting her father's name as a reference checking point - unless you are 100% positive she was born in Islington.

Looking at those dates again - it could be that because Hilary was born prior to her parents marriage, that her mother was sent away, or went away, to Chester for some reason to have the illegitimate child and then returned to London afterwards - you know how they often did back then.

I guess you won't know for sure unless you order the cert, though, or find another birth entry for her.
