You need to get Isabella and Thomas's marriage certificate in order to find out how old they were and who their fathers were, to get any further back.

Here is the reference you need to get the cert:

Surname First name(s) District Vol Page

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marriages Jun 1911 (99%)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>>>Douglass Isabella Gateshead 10a 1908
Henderson Thomas W Gateshead 10a 1908
Whitfield Hannah I Gateshead 10a 1908
>>>WILKINSON Thomas Gateshead 10a 1908

There is a chance that this is Isabella in the 1901 census - but as Sam has already stated, you need to get the marriage certificate first to be sure of her father's name. You can't build a 100% accurate tree without getting certificates to be certain:-

Unlikely for the 2nd Gateshead birth but just thought I would add all and let you sort it out!

Sam's suggestion to get the marriage certificate would be the only way of moving forward as you will need father's name in order to place the family on the census.
