Hi Caz

Have you checked the image of the index to see if it is listed under Cale or Cole?

I would order it under the name as it is in the index (Cale if it is listed under Cale).

Hi Potty,

it's just a spelling mistake. The name is given as Cale and it should be Cole.

I'm sure it's the right entry, all the other details fit and I couldn't find anybody by the name of Cale who would fit those details.

If the name is wrong, are you sure you have the right entry?

What is wrong with the name? Is it just a spelling mistake? or is one of the names completely different?

I want to order my grandfathers death cert from the gro but I'm not sure what to do as the name given in the index is wrong.

Should I order using the name given in the index and use his correct name as a checking point? or should I order using his correct name?

I would appreciate any advice please as I have not had to do this before.
