Purchasing BVRI from LDS

Hi,
I'm considering buying the CD set of BVRI, good price of $20.00 when you look at the exchange rate, however they want a further $31+ to post it. Has anyone or can anyone buy direct from one of their centres?, as I'll be passing by one next week, or is there a UK distribution point you can order from?
Thanks in advance
L

Same thought running through my head. My local LDS is about 5 miles away. I was planning to ring them on Tuesday (next day they are open) to ask. It would be logical that they keep a supply.

I'll let you know if you've not been by then but if you beat me to it please let me know.

On familysearch website go to Home page and then product support and select BIVR and eventually it tells you under FAQ's that you can not purchase from LDS centres

I'm not sure it's worth buying these. Look at the coverage for the counties you're interested in first. I have the set and only 2% of my rellies are on there.

Was it cheaper through the Birmingham number?

Portland Rose - I know what you mean but if even 2% of my klot are on there it will be worth it. I have about 1,000 in my tree now. Plus, I'm working on other people's trees too.

I agree with Rose and Marie, I have the BVRI disc set and have never found one of my rellies on them. I do look-ups for others and have more luck there.
