Adding Photo's to GR Tree

I have the box ticked so that no living relatives can be seen if I share my tree. But I am also wary and dont have photo's of the living in my tree. I have been adding photos between 50 and 150 years old.

Morning all - I have spent this weekend going through hundreds of old photo's and scanning them and adding to my tree.

But when I view them sometimes people on the right are cropped out so my notes with who is on the photo look wrong.

Is there a way to view the 'bigger picture' as it were on GR?

Also can anyone recommend a good way of backing all this info up - I would love to pass it on when I am gone.

Thanks
