This is a classic case of keeping all your notes in order, have lost GG aunt, I know I found her on the 1901 census and she took me ages to find and now cant find the notes I have made on her, she is

MARY SULLIVAN WINTER, she was born in Swansea 1878 and the daughter of ANNIE (THOMAS) and SAMUEL WINTER , in 1881 and 1891 she is at home but in 1901 she has left Wales and is a school teacher but cant find her and cant remember where,

Would be grateful for any help

Hi tom,

Samuel was on his ship and Annie was in Cardiff looking after her grandchildren as her daughter was in Swansea having a baby who although not on the census he was born on census night

When you originally found her in 1901 was she mistranscribed? Is that why she's a problem now? Did you enter a correction for entry if it was mistranscribed?
