How do you know that James was born in Hull?

I hope you are not guessing age and birthplace solely on location of marriage

The only way to confirm if May married James is to get the marriage cert unless you have one of the childrens birth certs.

and james allen married 2nd quarter of 1906 in sculcoates, same reference so yes they were definately married

Hi

can anyone confirm if James Allen born 1887, Hull, married May Littlewood in 1906, Sculcoates in Hull.

We can confirm that our James had....brothers of Thomas, William, John, George, Robert and John...and his sisters were Sarah, Edith, Ada, and Eve.

...this wont answer my question but could anyone copy and paste the 1891 and 1901 census into here for me.
