Alan Lord mothers maiden name Nuttall Haslingden vol 8e p 118

To help you in future if there is a missing quarter.

To look at the missing quarter, go back to the page with the search box on it, scroll down the page and you will see all of the years listed. Choose the year you need, then the missing quarter. Then choose the letter of the alphabet for the name you want. It is then just a matter of scrolling through the images until you find your name. You can use the "go to" page number, on the top, to guess how far through the name Lord would be, so you don't need to go through all the images.

I say May because I can remember his birthday it was 31st May

I dont think Barton Irwell is the correct district, Bacup usually comes under Haslingden or Hyndburn
