How can you change a Posts heading now??

I have been trying to change the heading on a previous post of mine and somehow you can't do this, how do you do it??

Hi Lynne,

But there isn't an edit buttom on the heading bit of a thread now.

Hi Christine,

Thats what I thought. It was just an old message I posted a while ago before the new system on GR started has come up on the board and it had a long title for the heading and half of it isn't there now. It has been cut off.

This is an old thread that has just come up on the Records Office section again, someone added a message to it.

I don't have an edit or delete opion when I click on it!!

Hi Lynne,

I have contacted GR about this problem of not being able to change the Heading of a thread as you suggested.

Will just have to wait for a reply and see what they say.

A suggestion -- the first line of the opening post, below the header, seems to show in the forum listings -- so you could edit that first line to show what you wanted to show in the heading.
