Hi folks, can I suggest a new board for the site.
Like me, many of you will have found Glaring Transcription Errors in the various Census. Maybe like me you have taken the trouble to notify Ancestry, where it can take weeks to get a note against the entry and by then many will have passed that way not to return.

Why not start a board on here, specially for people to enter known errors for immediate public checking and assistance.

An initial format could be as I will set my tonights one out and maybe GR Administrators could do something about alppabetically indexing it by Surname before it became too unwieldy, I will suggest this on Family Tree Forum As well, to reach as many people as possible.
Suggest for speed of checking;

WARD - ANDREW S ( Age 49) 1901 CENSUS
Class RG13 Piece 1569 Household 163 Page 25
OTHERS;
ANDREW T WARD (Age 16)
DAVID F WARD (Age 14)
EMILY A WARD (Age 39)
HERBERT S WARD (Age 2 )
JAMES G WARD (Age 11)
STEPHEN A WARD (Age 7 )

The above named Family have been transcribed and indexed as SWARD due to second name initial of Andrew having been added into the Surname and Dittoed down the family.

Any Thoughts
