John,

Date of death
Where death occurred
Name of person
Sex of person
Age of person (in years)
Occupation of person
Cause of death, including who certified death
Signature, description and residence of informant
When registered
Signature of registrant.

Now ................. of all that lot, I think that only the when and where died, sex, cause of death and the last 3 are to be really trusted!

The rest ........... name, age, occupation ........ depend on what the informant knew about the person who died, and how accurate the information he/she received was!

Despite that, obtaining certificates, any certificate, is the only way to be sure that you are following the correct families!
