I don't believe that the 1890 American census is available. I believe it was destroyed.

Does anyone have access to, or can tell me how to access American 1891 census? I am trying to find out where my 2xggrandfather and his family settled in Philadelphia.
He was Armour Donaldson b c1839. I believe he died c1900 but have no other details of him or his family once they emigrated.

If anyone can help, I would be most grateful.

Many thanks
