can anyone tell me anything about it or were i could have alook at,thank you

If you google Violet Hill St Johns wood and then click on the images there are some photos.

Theres an image of Violet Hill in the 1870s at

I was going to point you towards the Charles Booth website but it seems to be broken at the moment. This would give you some background on what he area was like in the reign of Victoria (just google Charles Booth and its the lse website)

If you click on Google maps and then put the address into the search box and then click in the "hybrid" box, you will be able to get a satelite image of the street.
