Member Since: August 2003 Posts: 26 Send Message	Could someone please point me in the direction of accessing a copy of an Inquest. My great uncle committed suicide in Cardiff in 1956, I know the date of the inquest (6th March) I just need to track it down. Thank you in anticipation.

	You probably won't be able to get the actual report because they are often not kept and in any case there is a 70? year rule about disclosure. Your best bet would be to find the report in the local newspaper. The old papers are usually kept on microfilm in the local reference library. Just google for the area and contact them if you can't go. I got an a lot of information in that way. I was charged £7 for a 15 min search, but as I knew the date of the inquest the report turned up straight away Linda
