What do you mean ' as late as possible' - you need to specify a year and we can adivse you. The answer will depend on the year you're interested in.

Sorry Rachel....I mean as close to this year as anyone has records for. I think this couple have probably lived at the same address for about 5 - 10 years.

Ok so the most recent available is 2006 assuming they've not opted out of being on the published list - which you may have noticed on your form recently.

Have you tried the BT website?

If they aren't listed there, it may be that they have also chosen to have their details witheld on the ER.
