finding a marriage???

I am trying to find a marriage... i have a birth certificate of a john Austin and states his parents... which is great news... But i cant find a marriage of his parents, but there must be one!! where do i go from here??? Any help would be greatfully recieved... Tracey

His parents may not have been married.

i dont know...the information shared is all i have... it has been suggested matilda was from Norwich... but how do i confirm this what you have come across... will i need to get the marriage cert???

You need to find the family in 1881............it is free on www.familysearch.org

That will tell you Matilda's birthplace and age, and will confirm if the 1861 family is the right one.
