just found out that hubbys g grandad came over from canada in ww1 and want to try and find details....can anyone tell me pls where i might find records of canadian soldiers that came to england and maybe a record of those that stayed here....at a bit of a loss where to start...getting dates and details when hubby gets back from visiting family so i just need to know where to look when i get them
