james edgecombe seymour missing on 1891 and 1901

Can anybody try to find this man for me?

He was born 1827 Cornwall and married a Martha Roberts.

On the 1891 Martha is in Gosport and the 1901 LLanelly. She is married on both Census but I can't find James

Thanks for all your help.

It doesn't make sense as his wife was in Gosport in 1891 and then Llanelly in 1901 and clearly states she is married

He is in Aberdare but the only clue is that he is with a Thomas Roberts, who I'm hoping is his brother in law.
