I have
Alice Roberts or Pugh born Wales 1863
John Thomas born Shropshire 1857

1891 they are in LIverpool, the first child born 1888. Hereford.

I cant find a match on any of the names.

Whats the best way to search a marriage, I have access to ancestry.

Thanks

freebmd allows you to put in both names........I would suggest that you don't specify an area.

Glory... Oh dont be silly I been lookin for ages under both names in 3 different areas. I'm so relieved, I was beginning to think they didnt get married.

I just have to find out what was her actual name was. It says Roberts, on the census of 1881 it says Pugh (Roberts) her parents were Roberts and her son is Pugh ( she was 15 ) but it also says married a tailors wife.

I'll order this cert today and see what it says on there.

Thanks so much for your help both of you I can now go and start the dinner!
