Can you help finding her birth record

Hi
I am trying to find the birth record for Mary Jane Jenkinson.
I have tried looking but cant seem to find a likely match and was wondering if anyone can help as i cant trace her back anymore at this time and her birth certificate is the next thing to go for.
I have both her marriage certificates one says Jane Jenkinson the other Mary Jane and the census also shows this. From the census and Marriage ages given i think she was born c1863 - 1868 all but 1 census sates she was born in Woolwich, Kent except 1901 which states Manchester.
I am struggling as on 1871 and 81 she if with Grandparent who i am having problems finding as well and can seem to find her father Charles Jenkinson a bread baker either.
Any suggestions would be great

Although BMD registration began in 1837 it was not compulsory until 1873 or might be 1875. Her birth might not have been registered.

That is the correct entry for her, but does not seem to help me.
Mary Jane married1st as Jane Jenkinson to James Potter in 1883 in Salford.
then Mary Jane Potter married David Threlfall in 1886 in Salford.
