How do I upload from PAF5 into GR?

Hello all,

I was moaning recently about when I copied my tree from TP onto GR I get lots of relatives who lose their surnames and just have christian name and dates - you can imagine how many phantom hot matches this generates!!

Some kind folk on here advised me to put all my info into the PAF5 software available on the familysearch site. I've done this and its great - but now I can't figure out how or if I can transfer this onto my tree on GR.

Any help would be gratefully received.
