i am trying to find a birth for Albert V Charnley born abt 1893 and a Charles V Charnley born abt 1892 in lancashire. the only information on these two are on the 1901 census can anyone help

On the 1901 does it not give more info than just Lancs? And where are they in 1901?

All the children in mums name, eh? Trying to think this through- was she really a widow or unmarried? The two younger kids have taken Mr Moffats name in theirs (shown on the census as intial M)but the two boys - are they really Charnleys or should they have a different surname?
(Possibly one beginning with V??)
