I think it may be Boston Spa.......in an area of Yorks once known as West Holland

My Gt Grandmother gives her place of Birth as Boston, in brackets after Boston are the letters(W.H)
Her name is Elizabeth Moyses but miss-transcribed as MAYES, Sheffield, on 1881, has Daughter Susannah. Husband listed as James, in fact Thomas
Her names appear to be Mary Elizabeth Ann nee Ellis

Almost certainly Boston Lincs

What Does W.H mean ?
