Hi all,
Hoping someone has an idea. I have just found an ancestor from England on the Border Crossings from Canada to US in 1934 with his wife. What i would like to know is, is there any records to show when he came back to England as he died here in 1940.

Is there a chance he was a war casualty and was in the Canadian or American Army?

He was 64 in 1934 and he was travelling with his wife Dorothy who was 39. He was Scottish she was English. On the reord i have from thefindmypast website their intended country of residense was England. I think it must of been some kind of cruise or holiday as everybody on board was over 50 apart from his wife.
