Found one William (not W Robert) Curry on the 1901 census totally alone - Head of house, married, born June 15 1849, age 52 , Farmer, living in Kings, NB.
Will try again as site keeps going down but there are are very few Curry's born in Queens. The Canadian census and records are very, very poor - nothing to compare with the UK.

Adelaide Brown born c1855 in Westminster Essex went to St John County, Brunswick, Canada in 1873 and married William Robert Curry (born in Queens County, New Brunswick, Canada) there in 1875. But by the 1881 census she is back in London with her daughter Florence Amelia Curry born c1875. Although she is listed as “married” William is no longer there. On the next census in 1891 she is recorded as a “widow”, but she has 2 more children, Alexander born c1883 and Arthur c1885. Can anyone with access to the Canadian records on Ancestry tell me if they can find a birth or death for William?
