On the 1861 it could be they are Gent and not Nelson but listed as Nelson because Robert is listed as father.

Not found them in 1871 but they could be married by then.

In 1841 census Charles was living in Shepshed Leicester so if this is the Charles I am looking for he must of moved to Liverpool and died in 1855 in West Derby, just down the road from where I live, feels strange. Charles is my GGGrandfathers brother. I will have to check this out
