I'm too far away to get to the records offices but the websites sound interesting.

You can start with the IGI at www.familysearch.org

Other places have parish reecords online, try googling the place name along with 'parish records'. Some you can buy on CD.

Otherwise you need to start visiting records orffices and archives!

I am getting on well with my tree but now need to look into births and marriages pre 1837. Where do I look please?
