When you get it up on the screen, you should see 'delete' in small print under it.

On the left hand side of screen, there is Top Tips, and under that there is My Threads; click on that in order to see all the threads that you have initiated or in which you have posted. Then you can click on delete (hopefully) in order to delete the thread or post in the thread. Some, I have found, do not have the delete option and in that case I have had to ask GR to remove it ....

Thanks everybody but I can't find a delete option anywhere, perhaps I will have to ask GR to remove them

Thanks again.

You will only see "delete" if you are actually entitled to delete something. Occasionally with very old threads you have to ask GR.

What and why exactly is it you are trying to delete and where are you looking for the "delete" command?

Why do you need to delete threads?

If it is a thread you created please make sure everyone who has responded has seen your replies.

There's nothing more frustrating than to reply to a thread and find the whole thing deleted without a word from the originator.

You can only delete your own contributions..........if you didn't initiate the thread, there is nothing you can do..............other than delete your own replies.

To the bottom right of any message you have posted, you get the option to edit/delete/add

Simply click on 'delete'
