I am just about to go out but I do know there is an online site that is linked to the Police Gazette. My friend bought some extracts, with photographs, of articles re acts of Bravery, and another re retirement of an officer. Sure someone will post it but I will check tomorrow if not resolved

Does anyone know of a webste listing information on police officers. I have just found a rellie listed on 1851 Census as occupaton : Policeman
