Infections Hospital, West Brom

I'm tracing a patient at the Cemetery Lane Infections Hospital, All Saints Parish, West Brom in 1901. The name has since changed to Heath Lane Hospital. She is listed as:
Ethel Solliffe, born Portsmouth, age 5. Her actual surname was Jolliffe. I find no death record and I know she did not return to either parent after this date. Does anyone know about the existence of hospital records and how to access them online.

I think its very unlikely the records will be online. You could have a look at National archives site to see what records may be available.

West Bromwich now comes under the Sandwell local authority banner, it might be worth trying their library and museum services
