Romany, the insert key is normally on the top right of the keyboard. Sounds as if you have accidently knocked it.

You should have an insert key on your keyboard, try pressing that.

When I get my tree up and type in the descriptions box, if I make a mistake and click in the middle of a sentence to correct it, everything I then type overwrites everything thats already there! Am I making sense? Eg, if I said John Edward Smith was born 1966, then realised I'd meant to say John Edwin Smythe, as soon as I click just after the 'a' in Edward everything from then on vanishes in stead of moving along to the right as Im typing.
