Kal,

That's ok - don't worry. I'm the same as you, never need an excuse to show someone how to trace their family tree, but end up taking on more work than you know what to do with. Hope he didn't charge you for mending your modem??

That isvery very kind of you, but believe it or not, lol lol my internet connection broke and this nice man came to mend my moden, and so he asked me what this big thing was in the middle of my living room, oh said i its a bigggggg printer i use it for printing my family tree, oh he says iv always wanted to do mine, so anyway while testing the net to makesure he's mended it okay i showed him genes and lds etc etc, he had this unusual name for his grandad Herring, lol and the lucky so so would you believe all his history was there for the taking so me, you know like you do offered to type it all up into my family tree maker and print it for him, lol lol lol and he was just lucky enough to have all his family in one place in Sutton Couteney.
Iasked for the above lookup hoping for the ages so i could help him get further backwards.
Well thats what ya get when a man comes round to mend your modem, lol lol lol
Thankyou very much for the offer but it's not needed.

Many many thanks
Kal

Kal,

A number of my ancestors were born and lived in Sutton Courtenay. I plan to pop over there in November (if the weather's not too wet), I can have a look around the churchyard for any Herrings if you like? NIcky
