Can anybody help. I am looking for a marriage in Cornwall, probeably in about 1820, but IGI are coming up with nothing and Ancestry only start at 1837. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you google Hugh Wallis and use that site..it is a link to the latter day saints..but the IGI does a 6 week turn around..so im lead to believe

In case anyone can help the the names are Nicholas Harris b. 1797 in Millbrook, Cornwall who married Jane from Plymouth in Devon,but I don't know her surname. I guess the marriage could also have been in Devon because on the 1841 census they were living in Devon.

Did Nicholas take another wife following Jane's death? The and 1861 and 1871 census suggests that he did.

If so, that marriage certificate will provide his father's name.

When did Jane die? I can't find any trace of Nicholas on the 1861 or 71 census. Where was he living and what is the name of his wife?
