Sorry for the delay, still searching alternatives. Yes he married Julia and died in 1890. His birth was registered September 1848. Just can't find him or his dad Philip anywhere.

On Free BMD, Philip Dugdale married Julia Playford 1874, Norwich.

I'm looking for Philip Dugdale b. Sep 1848 in Norwich and can't find him anywhere other than 1881 Census. Can anyone help?
