This may not be the right site for this, but my family research is slowing a little, so thought it would be nice to look into the history of my old house. I know you can buy books that tell you all about this, but after the amount I've spent on genealogy books, I can't rationalise spending on another!

If anyone's looked into their house hisory, could they recommend some websites? Otherwise briefly explain what I would need to research and where I can find it.
