Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 2,483 Send Message	... are taking over 5 minutes to open. This has been happening all week and I thought it may be my PC so have just I tried on OH's laptop. I downloaded the enhanced viewer but they are still taking ages. I anyone else having problems? Lynne

	All seems fine here. It was OK earlier but I've just checked again since reading your post, incase things had changed....Just the same as always. Gwyn

Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 2,483 Send Message	Libby Try this:- When you are viewing an image, for example a census, there is an options button on the image tool bar. Check that you have selected Standard-quality images and Basic Image Viewer. It worked for me. Lynne
